Group Size:
Our tours are designed for intimate groups of 8 adult participants, excluding guides and support staff. For smaller, or larger groups, we offer custom-tailored tours to fit your needs.

Inclusions:

• All meals and accommodations as outlined in the itinerary.

• Pickup and drop-off in Milan 

• Full access to all sites listed in the program.

• Wine tastings and related visits as specified in the itinerary.

• Expert-led tours of towns, castles,  museums, and sites.

• English-speaking guides throughout the Journey.

Exclusions:

• Personal travel and cancellation insurance.

• Services not listed in the itinerary.

• Personal items, expenses.

• Add-on experiences not listed on the itinerary.

• Airfare.

Payment Requirements:

• Prices are in US dollars per person, based on double occupancy.
  Single occupancy requests are subject to availability and will incur an additional charge. Please inquire for a quote.

• 10% Discounts on groups of 4+ people

• A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the tour's start.

Note:

• We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel and cancellation insurance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If you need to cancel, you may transfer your booking to another person with prior approval from Postcards from Italy Travel. If a transfer is not possible, the cancellation will take effect upon receipt of written notice, with the following charges:

• 60+ days before departure: loss of deposit.

• 21–59 days before departure: 50% of the total cost.

• 20 or fewer days before departure: 100% of the total cost.
